December 2008 Events

Last week we decided to go to the Festival of Trees in SLC. It was way bigger than I expected. There was rows and rows and rows of beautiful trees to look at. I took a few pictures of some of my favorites.

This one, and several others surrounding it, was made out of colored glass and changed colors to the beat of the music.

Before we went to Festival of the Trees Steven and Megan took us to their absolutely favorite place in the whole world to eat...."Hires" It really was good food and I loved their rootbeer.

This is Zoe being introduced to Santa....Yes, he is a fake Santa but much less threatening to Zoe.

And this is my new Christmas tree that we just purchased this year. Our old tree finally gave out after 10 years.

I thought this was too cute not to capture on camera. Zoe saw something that she wanted on the counter so she got the little stool, climbed up on it but was still short of her desired target.

Zoe seems to have a new fasination with stools. We found her in the back room at Brenda's house sitting on this one.

Sara had a jewlery party at Brenda's house last week so we stopped in to say hi and see all the pretty things.

Steven and Marilyn were on their way to Steven's company Christmas party in Salt Lake so they stopped in to say hello.

A couple of weeks ago, Craig, Kelsi and Brayden came up to visit with Kelsi's sister and her boyfriend. Megan and Zoe came over to. We had dinner together and played games.

Zoe and Braden had fun playing together.
